Tripudio Class

Our online Tripudio Class is delivered live every Tuesday. The class uses soft music and movements can take place whilst seated.

This fun exercise class has been specifically designed to help with the management of Lymphoedema.

Date: Every Tuesday
Time: 1 – 2pm
Location: Zoom classes
Suitable for: Anyone who attends the Lymphoedema Clinic at Harlington Hospice.
